Refund Policy

Cases Eligible for Refund

• ✦ Service not started within 48 hours from the order date
• ✦ Substantial error on our part in providing the service
• ✦ Government entity rejecting the request for reasons beyond our control

Cases Not Eligible for Refund

• ✦ After the service has started and documents have been submitted to the government entity
• ✦ Rejection by the entity due to incorrect information provided by the customer

Refund Period

Refund requests are processed within 5-7 business days from the approval date.
